Step 1: Take a Free Intro Class

Take an FREE introductory class with one of our CrossFit Level 1 Coaches. We'll introduce you to CrossFit, learn about your goals and take you through a CrossFit workout.

Step 2: Fundamentals Classes

The Fundamental classes are designed to familiarize you with the movements, skills and intensity of CrossFit in a safe and supervised environment.

Step 3: Join CrossFit MettleWorks Group Classes

Join CrossFit MettleWorks group classes and participate in the daily workouts in a fun, challenging and comfortable environment.
