Step 2: Learn the Fundamentals

Sign up for the Fundamentals, let a coach evaluate you and teach you all the movements needed for a CrossFit class to ensure safety

Step 3: Join a CrossFit Class

Join CrossFit MettleWorks group classes and participate in the daily workouts in a fun, challenging and comfortable environment.
